Mon Aug 11 2025 CNEBA CHAMPION CROWNED - Blackstone Valley Spinners The Blackstone Valley Spinners have captured their very first CNEBA title in their 4 year history of participation. Their Best of 3 Series came at the hands of the Lunenburg Phillies with scores of 3-2 and 8-1. The clincher for the Valley Spinners took place on Sun. 8/10 evening at McLaughlin Park in Leominster. It should be noted the Player/Managers of Blackstone are Marshall Quinley and JP Lucier. Lunenburg is under the guidance of Player/Manager Steve Lajoie and Asst Coach Dave Salvatelli. Blackstone and Lunenburg were the top 2 teams in the final regular season standings and seemed destined to meet in the CNEBA League Finals. Final records - Blackstone 21-6, Lunenburg 17-11.
